The journey began with a raw sketch centered on clean geometry and balance. In this initial drawing phase, we mapped out a floor plan that prioritizes “Visual Flow,” ensuring that the workspace feels open and collaborative rather than confined. This conceptual stage was about stripping away the noise to find a core structure that inspires immediate focus.
In the design and structure phase, we translated “Contemporary Aesthetics” into a high-performance office layout. This section highlights the technical precision used to integrate smart technology with architectural elegance. We refined the structural elements to create zones that allow for both quiet, deep work and dynamic, high-energy collaboration.
The “After Build” is a striking office environment that resonates with the energy of Sheikh Zayed Road.
