For this project, we completed the landscaping, extending the home’s understated luxury outdoors. Our design creates seamless flow between interior and exterior, establishing a balanced atmosphere of comfort and timeless appeal.
The transformation began with a raw conceptual sketch that reimagined the standard townhouse volume. We focused on creating “harmonious proportions” on paper, identifying ways to open up the floor plan and introduce a more elegant architectural language. This initial drawing was our guide to turning a structural shell into a personalized vision of contemporary living.
In the design and structure phase, we moved toward “thoughtful refinement.” This section highlights the transition into a modern residence through the selection of high-end finishes and a layout that emphasizes flow. We prioritized a design language that feels both powerful and balanced, ensuring the structural changes supported a feeling of effortless, high-end comfort.
The “After Build” is a perfected environment that reflects luxury at its finest.
